This division of the Clerk's Office handles various cases including misdemeanor cases and preliminary hearings for felony cases. All misdemeanor cases that occur outside the city limits of Cullman are handled through this court. In addition to misdemeanor cases, this division handles NWNI (worthless checks), Conservation tickets (game warden), Revenue Commission tickets, and Alcoholic Beverage Control Board (ABC) violations. If someone is charged with a felony, this is the division of court where the case begins and will remain until presented and disposed by a Grand Jury.
